Entrevista
I was invited to a phone screening, which—if successful—would have been followed by a final interview. However, the phone screening consisted almost entirely of me reiterating the information already provided in my CV and cover letter. I wasn’t asked any questions that hadn’t already been clearly addressed in my application materials.
A few hours after the call, I was informed that the role would be offered to another candidate. The screening felt somewhat redundant, as no new or deeper insights seemed to be gathered during the conversation. It gave the impression of being a formality rather than a meaningful assessment. That said, I did appreciate the opportunity to ask a few questions about the role, as certain aspects had not been made clear in the job advertisement. Gaining that clarification was helpful, but overall, the process felt rushed and largely procedural.

Entrevista
Met with four different people. The first two were research managers, then I spoke with a woman from HR, then finally, a research scientist who would have been my supervisor. Then, they gave me a tour of the lab where I would have worked

They asked technical questions relating to flavor work, Asked about my experience with other food industry companies, working with customers. Everyone on the R&D Team asked very technical questions.
