They are extremely disorganized. Recruiter reached out to me, I set up a time with her to chat on zoom. She joins the call then doesn't let me in the zoom call. I email to reschedule, she accepts. Then the date and time for the interview she doesn't even join the zoom call. I get an automated rejection a week later.
