This interview took multiple months. Got to the last phase and was declined, reached out for feedback to three different people because the interview went really well and didn’t hear back from any. I think when someone reaches out for feedback, it would be really courteous to respond and let them know what they could have done better. The interviews were conversation based and the team(other than the no response) seemed great. No response really made me second guess that.
