After a brief phone interview, I was scheduled for a Skype interview. No one showed. I had to continuously ask to reschedule, and and for the second time no one showed for the scheduled interview. I insisted that I come in to the office in person for the interview, which went great. But I still had to virtually meet the CEO who was in another country. For the third time, no one showed to our scheduled interview.
This sounds like a very frustrating experience. However Ginger.io coaching only started in Dec 2015, and since coaching is done virtually, we don't have candidates come to the office for interviews. Our CEO also does not typically interview coaching candidates. I'm afraid you have Ginger.io confused with another organization.

The process was very lengthy - over 2 months. They were slow to respond to emails, and slow to schedule interviews. Each interview was scheduled about 2 weeks apart and I was to conduct 4 interviews total. I felt like I was discriminated against because I was a white male, and the final interviewer let it be known multiple times that she was a woman of color.
