I was sat down and given a reasoning test first. This consisted of 40 questions in 65 minutes and was very similar to the practise and online tests. Having passed this I was taken into interview with two people. They asked me around 10 questions using examples of my experiences, then a further 2 hypothetical situations in the work place and what I would do in these examples.
