The process at my store went fairly quickly. I filled out the application papers, brought them in, and was in the interview about a week later. The main things they wanted to know were: Past Experience (I had none at the time), hours available, and if I knew I would be getting baskets rain or shine, which can range from heavy snow to 90+ degrees where I live. I answered yes to all three, and 20 minutes later I had the job. It was quick and easy.
