I have been contacted by HR on linkedin. The process consisted of a first phone interview with HR, a video call with Manager and Principal about past experience and general interests, and finally a technical interview based on a presentation I had to prepare. The presentation was about a project I did. All went well until the offer stage, where they seemed in a rush and there were many back and forth messages in order to convince me to accept the offer as soon as possible. I have other interviews/offers so I just declined. They initially extended the deadline to give me more time but then decided to just revoke the offer; that did not give me a good impression so I am glad I rejected the offer in the first place.
