An okay process but a lot of questions for just answering phones. I met with the HR manager and was asked questions and then skyped with the operations manager about the position. He had a lot of questions outside of just being a receptionist. He made the position way more than it really probably is.

Had a phone interview right away, then a couple day later went in for an in-person interview. This involved two interviews, one over Skype to the NY office and one in office.
