I had an initial face to face interview at the offices in Camden at 7:30am on a friday in order to accomodate my availability. The interviewer was friendly, put me at ease striaght away, was informative and had the right balance of questions and providing information on the role, company and people. I was told at the end of this interview that I would be invited to have a telephone interview with my to be manager in Seattle that evening. The phone interview reiterated my interest in the role and I felt an instant rapport with the manager despite being over the phone. I was then told I would be invited back for a final interview with 3 members of the HR team the following week. They accomodated this on Tuesday starting at 8am, it lasted for 3 hours. The time flew by. I felt like I had the ability to shine and share my experiences with my interviewers and that they also asked some testing questions which were a good challenge. Everyone was friendly and I felt at home.
