Entrevista
Interview consisted of five major steps:
Professional test - done online via Codility (I used JavaScript, but any programming language is acceptable)
3 manager interviews (first Team leader, then head-of manager, then VP R&D). All 3 of them were highly professional.
1 HR interview.
The process was relatively long, but for good reasons, some of them my schedule issues.

Entrevista
The interviewer told me the company's business and operation and very briefly about his time. Told me there are 3 interviews, 1 intro, 1 technical, 1 HR ., but could be faster. Told me the VP might probe to check interviewers.

Entrevista
The whole process took about three weeks, starting from writing the codility test, followed by two professional interviews, then an interview with the HR, and finally a third professional interview with the VP R&D.

(HR) What challenges you've come across with during your career and how you coped with them?
(Development) Testing your knowledge in different fields of computer science, such as OO programming, data structures, algorithms and complexity, DB performance, general coding and analytical skills.
