      Long, lackluster, lagfull, unprofessional, and appalling. I applied to this role more than a month ago. Had 3 cycles of interviews and the process altogether was very unprofessional and a major waste of time. The first interview with the PM was good as he was very bright, professional, and easy going. The second interview was with the director whom quite frankly did not ever receive training in professionalism. He decided to interview me as he was stepping out for lunch. It was nice speaking to someone while they were eating. Third interview was with a lady whom was snotty on a pedestal. I guess she didn't like that i didn't ask a third question even though she was in a separate department so not sure what to ask her if she isn't in the construction department. Anyways after two days, HR emails me the following " Dear XYZ, Thank you for your interest in this job. We have made the decision to close this position as we review our hiring requirements. We apologise for this change. Please keep an eye on our careers site for any future opportunities as they arise. Sincerely, Getir People--" Not only does this seem like a flat out lie to avoid providing feedback. But they have posted the same role on linkedin in other cities. Major waste of time, unprofessional hiring process. And i wish you the best.... Good luck with everything.
