Very terrible. No communication. The recruiter cancelled my interview without saying anything and so I had to email them asking why. They finally rescheduled me for an interview and it went well. They told me I would hear back within a week and I didn't. I have sent 3 follow ups and heard nothing. Very terrible recruiting process, they could have said yes or no, but left me hanging.
