Motivational Interview with a senior engineer - what you're looking for in your next job, success and failure experience of your past projects 5. Behavioural Interview with engineering manager - your success / failure experience in past projects 6. Interview with CTO - you get 15 minutes to ask questions and another 15 minutes is for the CTO to ask you questions. Mostly about how you handle situations in a team context, test your ownership in projects and etc.
