First approach via the CEO on LinkedIn with a personal message, followed by an extensive video call with the CEO discussing the role and the company and my career ambitions in more detail, then a meeting with 2 team members and finally another short coffee meeting with 2 other team members. On the same day I received an offer for the role. I felt all time comfortable during the interview process as it was guided very structured, professional and clear. I appreciated the constructive feedbacks combined with a very friendly approach of the CEO and the rest of the team. Since I received also another offer from another company acting in a different industry where I wanted to set foot in, it was really hard to reject the offer.
