All three ran over time, and there were some execution issues — one interviewer lost their prepared questions when their laptop died, and another was visibly distracted throughout. These things happen, but together they made the experience feel a bit disjointed. The third conversation was the most substantive and ended on an honest note I appreciated: the interviewer acknowledged that the operations department — which this role would support closely — can be difficult to work with at times. That kind of transparency is genuinely useful for candidates, even if it raises questions worth thinking through. No offer was extended - I believe due to my salary expectations vs the posted range.
