      Entrevista

      The overall process was well-structured at a high level: an initial recruiter screen, a department lead interview, and a panel round. The first two stages were professional and gave me a solid sense of the role and company. My main feedback is on the panel interview itself. It was formatted as three back-to-back 30-minute 1:1s rather than a single cohesive 90-minute conversation. All three ran over time, and there were some execution issues — one interviewer lost their prepared questions when their laptop died, and another was visibly distracted throughout. These things happen, but together they made the experience feel a bit disjointed. The third conversation was the most substantive and ended on an honest note I appreciated: the interviewer acknowledged that the operations department — which this role would support closely — can be difficult to work with at times. That kind of transparency is genuinely useful for candidates, even if it raises questions worth thinking through. No offer was extended - I believe due to my salary expectations vs the posted range. Would I recommend interviewing here? It depends on the role. The company seems solid, and the people I spoke with were kind and knowledgeable. Just go in knowing the panel format may not be the most efficient use of your time.
