Terrible experience. Got onsite interview call. Flew down to Tampa to appear final round interview as Gerdau paid travel charges The most ridiculous experience - Hiring Manager told that I will get feedback within 2 weeks Interview schedules are very erratic - Not well structured Finally they gave feedback after 40 days and told that they have offered position to internal candidate. Very funny. Not sure why they called external candidates ?? Interview experience - Seems senior leaders are not happy with company. got couple of negative remarks during interview Interviewers are not clear about company's strategy No discussion about Salary as well.
