I called the hiring officer toward the end of the job interview process. Good timing, it was about to close. I was called in for an interview the next day with the person who supervises the position. After speaking with that person, I was called back to meet the unit director. Very organized and thoughtful interviews.

I applied online in early April, I was contacted for an interview in early May, I interviewed in mid-May, completed an emailed test in late-May, 2nd interview in June, completed background check, reference check and received an auto-generated rejection email in late June.
