Relaxed atmosphere and environment with good questions about my past achievements and experience. Good discussion about the future of the organization and where they were trying to go and what they were trying to achieve via various technologies. There were no weird personality questions or psychological assessment questions peppered in the middle of the interview process. It was simply a straightforward interview w/ plenty of technical information.
