The process was extremely long. I applied and the following day I received an HR email asking me to take a test online about 15min (easy). I passed the test and got a call from HR which was a simple phone interview (easy). She said to take ANOTHER online test but this one would be 1hr long! (normal). After passing the exam they asked that I come in for an in person interview (easy). The hiring manager straight up told me I was over qualified for the position and recommend a high level job. He told me to call back, which I did, but no response. Just a horrible, long, dumb process.
