they sorta try and rip you off right off the bat. all they care about is getting cheap labor. They give you a low offer and stick by it. and when you threaten to leave, they relent. and keep trying to give you lower offers through out.

Interview process took about 2 months. First phone and then they arranged travel to the mill. Once I arrived at the mill I sat in the room with 4 different people. It was more of an interrogation than a interview.

Initial screening phone interview with recruiter. After about two weeks, received email about schedule an onsite which was a typical behavior interview process. Got the offer following the onsite after another two weeks.

Entrevista
The interview was easy. The leader was really going through for what is he looking for so it had flowed very well. The hiring is quick ( in case of contract) but for the permanent position, it takes awhile. Everything was great.
