Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Georgia-Pacific (Atlanta, GA) en jun 2018
Entrevista
A phone screen with HR manager, a second screen with hiring manager, then in-person interviews with 5 people (45 mins each). While the interview itself was positive, I never heard back, after following up twice. I expected better from a well-known company like GP. I imagine that most candidates would prefer a polite "no thank you" over being ignored; most have taken time to prepare, juggled their existing jobs/schedules, etc.

It was a really easy interview. Asked questions that were straightforward. Definitely still prepare for it. Important to ask any questions that you may have at the end. Including what do you look for in a successful candidate

Tell me about yourself? What makes you a good candidate?
Went through 3 rounds of interviews and felt very promising. Flew in for a final in person interview. There was a revolving panel of employees who asked questions. Finally was what would be my manager. He was nodding off during my answers (I swear I wasn’t that boring). Either he was pulling overtime and getting no sleep or had some other issue going on. I didn’t get the job.

Describe how you overcame difficulties during a project.

Starts with the typical recruiter interview where general and situational questions are asked, then 2 more interviews follow. The recruiter ghosted me, which I find highly unprofessional and would think a company like Georgia Pacific had higher standards than that.
