Online application via job portal. They emailed me to set up an in-person interview. It was very casual and they basically wanted an overview of my work experience. I answered honestly to the best of my ability. I was called back one week later with the confirmation.

Interviewer was friendly and made sure to make applicant very comfortable. Basic questions about office work and environment. Was relatively quick and got to ask several questions afterwards about work environment and what was expected from the role.
