Initially, I Interviewed with a search committee via a remote video connection. This was friendly, not terribly stressful. One search committee member was not present so I had a follow-up phone interview separately. Followed up with several one on one interviews. In addition, I met with prospective staff / direct reports.

Was invited to a video interview with a panel of 4. Everyone seemed very unenthusiastic and bored. After the interview I followed up to ask when candidates would he notified of next steps and never heard back after two attempts
