After submitting the online forms and such through the GMU career website, we were called in for a group interview then an individual interview. Both interviews were conducted by panels of 4 or so people. The group interview involved some "group process" type activities to show how you problem solved in a group. The one-on-one interview was incredibly straightforward and was more about getting to know you than what you brought to the table as a candidate.
