The interview process was a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprised job interviews held one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews were conducted in person, over the phone or by email, and via video conferencing tools
There was no interview process. Just have good grades and apply. Sometimes the offer is given to people who enter the phd program with funding, and sometimes it is given to people who apply and have a strong academic record.
