Overall, not a bad experience. The whole process took three months and communication was bad on their part. I got a phone interview one month after applying, then heard nothing for three weeks. Was sent an email to schedule an in person interview, no response from them for two weeks. By the time they got back to me I had accepted another offer at another company. Everyone I, eventually, spoke to was very nice, but they didn't seem to be in any hurry to move forward with the interview process. I would recommend applying if you have a job that you can stay with for the three month hiring process.

I heard from hr about a week after applying. Interviewed a week after that and heard back about a month later. (I interviewed right before their winter break) The interview process was standard for government jobs: panel interview, standard questions about customer service, administrative experience, etc.

Brief phone interview with chair of search committee. Was called a few days later for an in-person interview with the search committee. Interview atmosphere was calm and comfortable. Committee was formed of peers in similar positions across campus.
