The interview process at GeoComply was long, frustrating, and disappointing. After multiple interviews and completing a design assignment with a presentation, I waited three weeks with no response or feedback. This is outrageous for an intern position. I spent a lot of unpaid time and effort, but the company never communicated their decision. I don’t want to chase them for answers. Designers should be careful and apply somewhere that actually respects and values their time.
