I received and spoke through the job description with an agent. Lots of good feedback from agent - who was trying to find good fit. The first interview via phone with current IT manager. We went through the job description and general fit for about 30 minutes. The first face-to-face interview at HQ with the HR manager and IT manager, we went through the job description, role, and opportunity, very friendly and relaxed. Second interview at HQ with CEO and HR. General discussion, I was asked to give a presentation, and then discussed goals. I received a call from CEO in which I was offered the role. everyone has been very kind and helpful.
