Applied online and was shortlisted for a f2f interview. Was contacted by the HR for the first round of interview. Interview was with the hiring manager, who was very informative about the role. Was told that I would be contacted about 2 weeks later hence I thought I wasn't shortlisted when the time past. But about a month later, HR contacted me asking if I was still interested in the role, and it became a phone interview with the HR, which I was genuinely annoyed about.
