      Entrevista

      I went through twp phone/video interviews with the recruiter who was pleasant and friendly and then a business partner. The initial interview went really well and he was super excited to schedule me with a counterpart in Chicago. The second interview was pretty solid and then he asked to set up additional time with me, so I obliged. The follow-up became very awkward and I asked what additional details and information I can provide, but he had no additional questions for me. He asked what questions I had and I asked a few questions then ended the conversation. I asked about next steps and he mentioned that they would be back in touch soon with next steps. I immediately reached out to the recruiter to explain what happen and thank him. Unfortunately, it is over a month later and still have yet to hear anything from the recruiter. I obviously am not interested in moving forward in the process, but this is recruiting 101, follow-up with candidates, good bad, or indifferent. This is is critical and so important to a great candidate experience. Apparently, Gensler does not care about this as they should.
