There were 3 interviews: a phone screen, and 2 in-person group interviews. The interview was more of a conversation than anything, and everyone was quite friendly.

The interview process was very laid back and the principals seem really knowledgeable. The Marketing leadership asked all the typical questions and but, really wanted to know more about me and what I was looking for and if Gensler would be a good fit.

Entrevista
Was contacted by a recruiter and had a zoom screen call. It took a long time to hear back both between applying and hearing from a recruiter and also after the screen and before I heard my results. I did not get the job but the recruiter was fine. Just seems like the process could be a little more efficient.
