The interview was detailed. It was a review of my skill set as well as work attitude.
Expectations are not laid out clearly though, as the expectation is to be "flexible".

It was great! First I was contacted by a regional hiring person then I had two rounds of interviews before receiving my offer! The process was a bit slow, but nothing unexpected from such a large firm!
