It was an online interview. I was given the option to go in person or online. The interview date originally clashed with my final year exam date, so I had to ask to reschedule, and they were kind enough to allow it. I was interviewed alongside two other candidates. They would ask a question, and we would take turns answering. They asked personal goals questions, some aptitude test type questions and some chemical engineering questions as well. It was a 3-stage interview.
