At first I was asked to start an online interview with a screen and a text. No person talking to me, just me recording myself answering their questions, which were about salary expectations, what's my notice period at my current job etc. Nothing about my skills. Second interview was on Whatsapp, in English, in which I was asked to talk about myself and my experience briefly. I was interrupted so that we could talk about my salary expectations. It felt like the interviewer didn't even listen to what I had to say. After I mentioned my salary expectations as asked, conversation was directed to negotiation. They offered me a lot less - which is alright if that is their range - and sent me a message with the shifts I'd have to do and the meal voucher amount. I told them that I would not be able to do one of the 4 shifts mentioned. I was asked if "the decision is final", and I thought that the interviewer meant if my decision to not do night shift is final. I obviously said yes. The interviewer then proceeded to say "Okay, thank you so much, byebye!" I am not sure why they didn't mention at least the fact that the shifts are not negociable, and just closed the call on me, but the whole experience was incredibly unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Very simple and easy, overall. I knew what the job was going to be so I believe that my answer and explanation of my duties left a good impression. I got a call after three tests and interviews that told me the feedback was positive, but haven't received any further emails or calls. It would be nice if we could at least figure out why I haven't received the offer despite a referral and other appropriate qualifications. I'm not sure they're actually hiring, because I've been seeing the exact same positions reposted for at least four months. Also, keep in mind that the minimum salary is lower than most other jobs, even entry-level ones.
