I would never apply in Genpact ever again. Nor the HR or the Hiring Manager screen the resume before scheduling the interview, to actually find an ideal or close candidate match, even when I informed HR beforehand after going through their JD, as I had my doubts on the role compatibility. Only during the interview, the panel said they are looking for some different pricing experience and completely wasted my time.
