1. Telephone interview, very short.
2. Telephone interview: first oart in english, then another person call you in french; basic questions, about your life, cv, what is your favorite pastime etc.
3. If you pass it, they'll call you in a day or two for a hr interview at their headquarter.

basic questions like tell me about yourself were asked. the process was well managed. i did not have to wait for too long for my interview. there were interviews and one online aptitude test. many other candidates were there. also the infrastructure is good
