I had received a mail, which was an invitation to attend a walkin drive at genpact. The timings were 10 30 am to 3 pm. I reached the venue by 10 15 am and candidates who were behind me were told to leave from the gate as the required no of candidates were fulfilled. I gave my resume on time and was waiting for HR to call my name. I was amongst 150 candidates waiting in cafeteria. I had thoroughly checked and knew I posses all the skills that was their in JD. There were candidates with who entered the interview at 11 am and their resumes were also accepted. Similarly at 12 pm and 2 30 pm also resumes of new candidates were accepted. Finally at 3 pm my name was called along with 20 others and we were asked to follow the HR. She took us to the main door of room and said "your resume didn't make the cut". It was humiliating and unprofessional.
