I got an invite via zoom to attend an HR round on 4th March, 2024. Received no information regarding the same. I received an email confirmation that I had cleared the HR round and a technical round will be scheduled for 11th March, 2024 after i followed up with them. Coming to 11th March 2024, I received no meeting link, no calls, nothing from the HR team regarding my interview. When i followed up again on 15th March, 2024, I received an mail stating "we are working on the same. You will receive a meeting link today and your interview is scheduled on monday". I did not receive a meeting on Friday, 15th March and no interview was ever scheduled. Cut to 2nd April 2024, I received a zoom meeting link for an HR round again from the same HR for the same position. This was the worst interview experience. I mean, how can you not be updated with the information of candidates who have cleared a round of interview. And not contacting the candidate when you specifically scheduled an interview.
