Started with "tell me about yourself and describe your profile" Then behavioral and situation based questions. some interviewer has a set of questions but some of them were asking generic questions. there were two rounds: one with team lead and last one with senior manager.

Not a standardized framework. Lack of structure. They should revise their interview script. should update interview process. Moving to structured, scenario-based questions will better evaluate practical skills, reduce bias, and identify top talent more effectively.
The interview process was smooth and well-organized, with clear communication at every stage. The panel was professional and supportive, making the experience comfortable. Questions were relevant to the role, and the overall process was efficient, transparent, and candidate-friendly from start to finish.
Easy to crack basic Digital Marketing Concepts and Behavioral questions. Simple questions asked related to keyword. Negative keywords and few situations. Basic Digital marketing questions. Company policies and documenting process.
