HR Schedule the interview on 10th of October 2022 in Zoom meeting but the interviewer is not available in the slot not the picked the HR call, but again the HR Reschedule the interview on 13th of October 2022 again interviewer is not available, the tech them how to respect the human beings with some humanity, 3.5 years back same think happened in the Bangalore Genpact branch in mid of the interview the interviewer is went out and not came i ws waiting in the room for 1hr.

Management poor and only hire there own culture of people and not for skill, random last minute meetings like in a third world country or expect everyone to know about a meeting in 5 mins without messaging or a calendar notice. Like living in year 2000 but with modern laptops but brains not so much unfortunately.
Very slow environment somedays no jobs literally so pretty chill overall.
