Hiring team is equipped with a lot of very intelligent people and some idiots as well. They have a very tiring and long interview session time of 8-10 hours and that too without any responsibility of persons hunger and thirst. kind of questions asked was basic, what they really look for in a prospect employee is whether he/she would stay for long or not.

Not much , they didn't ask much of the question. Because in some business they work is very hard and difficult to cope . And managers are not so good . They just know how to exploit there workers .
