Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Genpact (Bengaluru) en nov 2018
Entrevista
Most unorganized interview process I have ever seen. They called the candidates of different skill sets on Saturday. There were only 1-2 technical panel members on each skill set. There were around ~100 candidates who were invited to attend the interview. All of us were totally frustrated because we waited there for more than 3-4 hours just for one single technical round. Later, I was called and I cleared the technical interview. HR then asked me attend Techno Managerial interview over the skype in her laptop. I cleared that one too. I was told that I will be contacted soon and they will roll out the offer letter soon. But it never happened. I kept approaching the HR and later she told me that unfortunately there were only 2 positions and number of shortlisted candidates were 6. That's why probably they will not proceed with my candidature. It was very disappointing to know that even after waiting for hours and hours and clearing the technical rounds, HR shows high negligence in sending one single response to the candidates.

A typical Java interview experience includes technical questions on core Java concepts, object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures like collections and multithreading, and potentially scenario-based or real-world coding challenges. Interviewers also frequently ask about memory management, differences between classes (like ArrayList and Vector), and specific APIs or design patterns
