The recruiter happened to see my profile in one of the job portals and called me to check if i wasn interested to take up the interview discussion with the firm On my positive response, initially 1 phone interview was scheduled 3 days later. The interview lasted for about 90 mins with the interviewer asking me questions about 1. My prior work expriences 2. Technical skills 3. Generic discussion on why i was looking for change and so on.. so forth... Next day, recieved the call from recruiter again that i cleared by first round and would need to attended 2 face-2-face interviews. These were scheduled 4 days later Luckily, the 2 interviewers who were supposed to take my interview were available on same day and both had discussion with me one after the other. The discussion were again on similar lines as stated above On my way to home. recieved the call from recruiter that i cleared all my technical interviews and that they wanted to offer me. Couple of days later received a call from recruitment manager to discuss on the commercials.

3 rounds of interview. Technical round - F2F and Virtual Manager round - F2F round HR round - F2F round Overall great and interview process was normal. Rest it depends on different role and the position you are applying for.
