After an initial chat I was sent a task to complete in my own time. The task focused on adding a UI feature, focusing on accessibility. After the task was sent back, an interview was scheduled with various members of the team. After showcasing some of my previous work, the questions ranged from architecture to more specific questions about React usage. There was also a live coding task with React, which was more a basis for a discussion about code structure, good practices, etc... I then met one of the product managers to discuss Genomics' plc range of products. Overall the interview allowed me to get an excellent overview of what the job would be about. It was great to meet people from different teams and get their perspectives. The questions were very practical and I enjoyed the discussions that ensued.
