The recruiter was excellent throughout: professional, communicative, and genuinely supportive. She kept me informed at every stage and made the process feel respectful and well-organised.
I attended an in-person panel interview and received overwhelmingly positive feedback. The only critique offered was relatively minor, some suggestions around executive-level communication structure, which felt inconsistent with the strength of the overall assessment.
They ghosted me after the in-person interview. I then had to chase the company for feedback, which should have been offered proactively given the effort involved in attending an in-person interview.
I strongly suspect the outcome was influenced by gender or racial bias, or that the decision had been pre-judged before the interview concluded. The disconnect between the feedback and the result is difficult to explain otherwise.
If this is how candidates are treated, people who invest their time in a lengthy, in-person process, I would think carefully about how employees are treated once inside.
I would NOT recommend applying here and would encourage the company to reflect seriously on the fairness and transparency of its hiring decisions.
