Entrevista
I interviewed for a scientist position in the systems bioengineering department. First did a screening with the hiring manager and then had multiple panel interviews over two days. Also had a scientific presentation where there was a lot of positive engagement. Most panels had two or more people. There was an odd mix of personalities. Half the people were friendly. But the other half there was something off with how they interacted with me. I wouldn't get direct answers from the questions I asked and thing weren't very conversational.
To finish things off they ghosted me after all the interviewing (again this is from the systems bioengineering department but they also do this in fermentation). Very unprofessional. Since I knew people in other departments at the company I found out they hired an h1b. That explains why so many people were odd. They were already going to hire someone else.

Phone screen, in person interview. In person interview took 2 hours. Not many technical questions were answered. Some were personal questions and some were not very professional questions to ask. No job offer.
