A pleasant and stress-free skills and resume-based interview by phone, then a follow-up by video chat. A very professional and very pleasant experience. Everyone I interacted with by email, by phone or by video chat was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
It really made for a low stress discussion of skills and abilities instead of feeling like you're on display -- or on trial.

It was easy and quick. Feel like it was a little rushed. The lady who contacted me at first was very nice and when she did the phone interview it was pleasant and the whole process was very laid back.

The team leader interviewed me via Zoom at first, asked about my experience, my previous job history, any flaws or job performance issues, was very thorough, I had questions also about the details of the job and I was hired!
