I apply in November'20. Through the application process they have like 10+ questions around lang skills, location etc. I complete them. From the rec, I get the next day a form with the same questions and get told to complete it and only IF im a fit she will reach out. I complete the form (although repetitive at this point). I wait a week nothing. So I say - let me send her an email. The rec replies saying that she'd like a call with me. Interesting - considering the previous email mention. We do the call, good convo I feel we built some rapport. She puts me through to the manager. I have my call with the HM. I thought it was an ok call. Then, radio silence for a 2 weeks after which the rejection email. Was there a role to begin with?
