Went through three interviews, and a shadowing experience, ghosted me after saying they would follow up for a reference check and another final interview. Took them two weeks to respond, and only did after my third email with a rejection email. Highly unprofessional. HR does not seem to be in touch with management since they never knew exactly which interview or step I had completed in the hiring process, and had to be corrected every time.
