I was fooled. I loved everyone I spoke with. We had extremely nice conversations and above all seemed respectful, which turned out not to be true. I made it to the fourth round of the process and was COMPLETELY GHOSTED. They did not even have the decency to shoot me a quick email saying they were going with another candidate. I had to find out I didn't get the job by reading the post of the person who got the job celebrating on LinkedIn. Such a crappy way to find out. I spent a lot of time on this process and not only got no feedback, but also a slap in the face by finding out I didn't get the job because I saw another candidate accepting it. Especially during these COVID times and with the current job market, have the decency to tell candidates they are no longer being considered. I sent two follow up emails and they couldn't spare a moment to respond to one. Trash for a company who claims to be all about people.
